1. Free first — always

You hear a 40-second preview before any payment. You only pay to keep the full HD version. Failed generations never consume credits.

2. Gift Pass ($9.99 one-time)

• Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase, in full.
• Partially used: refundable pro-rata for unused credits within 14 days.
• Non-refundable charges are limited to credits actually consumed.

3. Pro subscription ($7.99/month or $59/year)

• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled.
• Cancel anytime from your account or by email — access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds after renewal.
• First 14 days: if you haven't downloaded more than 2 HD files, we'll refund the current period in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@happybirthdaysongwith.name with your receipt (or Stripe receipt email). We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Failed generations

If a song fails after payment-related credit use, the credit is returned automatically — you don't need to ask.
