1. The service

We generate original, AI-composed birthday songs built from a name and a style you choose. The melody of "Happy Birthday to You" is in the public domain; all recordings and arrangements on this site are synthesized from scratch — no third-party recordings are sampled or reproduced.

2. AI-generated content & your license

Every song on this site is AI-generated. AI-generated works may not be eligible for copyright protection. Accordingly:

• You receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use songs you generate, with no additional royalties owed to us, for personal purposes.
• Paid downloads (Gift Pass / Pro) include an extended license for personal gifting, social media, and private events.
• This is a license, not a transfer of copyright. We retain all rights in the generation engine, templates, and backing libraries.
• The site makes no warranty that generated content is non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Prohibited inputs and uses

• Instructions to imitate a specific singer's voice, or lyrics from copyrighted songs.
• Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content. Generating adult content with this service is strictly prohibited.
• Any use that infringes third-party intellectual property or personality rights.

We moderate inputs and may refuse or remove any generation that violates these rules.

4. Accounts & age

Sign-in uses Google OAuth. You must be at least 16 years old (and at least the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your songs and account data.

5. Payments, credits & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. 1 credit = 1 complete song. Credits are consumed only when a song is successfully generated — failed generations are free. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for the names and messages you input.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
